The Borough of West Mifflin Zoning Hearing Board will meet in Municipal Council Chambers, 1020 Lebanon Road on Monday October 5, 2105 at 6:00 PM to hear the following cases. The plan and application for this case is available for the public to view in the Community Development Department office located at 1020 Lebanon Road between the hours of 8-4 Monday thru Friday:

Applicant is requesting a variance to Chapter 290-139 (C) (5) (c) of the Borough of West Mifflin Code of Ordinance (Zoning Chapter). The applicant is requesting a variance to the sign height requirement of 25 feet. The applicant is requesting that the proposed sign to be erected to a height of 39 feet. The proposed sign would have a sign cabinet of an overall size of 92 sq. ft. which is permissible by the code.
