The applicant is requesting approval of a 5 lot sub division plan; Home Depot’s lease has expired and is optioning to purchase the parcel. All existing easement and parking agreements will remain in place. A variance was granted by the Zoning Hearing Board as it relates to the required side yard setback.

The request is for site plan approval for the use of the newly created lot which has 2 structures on it. The structures were a restaurant and convenience store. The applicant is proposing using the existing buildings and land to operate a landscape supply operation at this site. The applicant is not proposing any expansion construction to the existing structures. They are proposing the installation of concrete supply bins for the sale of bulk supplies.
