7. Unfinished Business Requiring Official Action:

A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, FIXING AND REENACTING THE REAL ESTATE TAX RATE OF 9.98 MILLS FOR THE YEAR 2022 AND IMPOSING DISCOUNTS, PENALTIES AND INTEREST THEREON.

B. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2022 AND ENDING ON DECEMBER 31, 2022 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOROUGH CODE FOR THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN.

Budget – $17,264,367.00
Liquid Fuels Budget – $ 500,000.00
Capital Projects Budget- $ 300,000.00

C. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF VARIOUS EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST MIFFLIN FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING WITH THE FIRST PAY PERIOD IN JANUARY 1, 2022 AND CONTINUING FORWARD UNTIL OTHERWISE AMENDED BY BOROUGH COUNCIL.

D. Motion to ratify Resolution for Demolition Slums and Blight, phone vote taken on November 19, 2021.

E. Motion to approve and advertise the 2022 Legislative and Work Session Meeting Calendar.

F. Motion to approve the Updated Community Development Fee Schedule Resolution.

G. Motion to approve the appointment of James Hess to the Sanitary Sewer Authority, term to expire the first Monday 2028.

H. Motion to approve the appointment of James Dorney to the Zoning Hearing Board, term to expire December 31, 2024.

I. Motion to approve requested 2 lot sub division for Dory Swope on Eliza Street, as recommended by the Planning Commission and engineer.

J. Motion to approve Preliminary Site Plan for the construction of three new office/warehouse buildings to be located at 1004 Lebanon Road, as recommended by Planning Commission and Engineer; with the following conditions:

a. Evidence that the shown 3 parcels are consolidated, or consolidation required.
b. A NPDES permit required prior to the issuance of building permit.

K. Motion to approve the condemnation of the following properties:

M. Motion to approve the promotion of Officer Michael Woodburn to Sergeant in the West Mifflin Police Department.

N. Motion to accept the retirement of Chief Anthony Topolnak effective January 15, 2022.

O. Motion to approve the Promotion of Assistant Chief Gregory A. McCulloch to Chief of Police, effective January 16, 2022.

P. Motion to accept the retirement of Lieutenant Thomas Kahler effective January 3, 2022.
