(311-S-070) from R-1 to MU, this parcel has a total of 11.110 Acres in conformance with the Parcel adjacent to 901 Camp Hollow Rd. which is zoned MU.  The rezoning would allow for the construction of an office building.

The request is for a conditional use authorization for a unique businesses under Section §290-100 where it states “Where a use is not listed as a permitted use, a conditional use or a special exception use, a landowner and/or developer may request conditional use approval. The proposed use of this parcel would be Indoor Personal Self Storage facility. The code does have a use listed as Indoor Personal Self Storage. The applicant is requesting this use be authorized. Also there will not be any outdoor storage on the parcel. This use is similar to warehousing which is a permitted use in a C-1 zoning district.
